CwTec GmbH is a tool and mechanical engineering company from the East Frisian town of Hage. We have developed from a two-man operation within 25 years to a specialized and well-equipped certified company with 70 employees (15 of whom are trainees). Our dedicated team finds a pragmatic and solid solution for every problem. We manufacture high-quality systems and products for wind energy, industrial customers, the food industry and also for the consumer sector. It’s not just about functionality, but also about perfect visual and surface finishes. With our know-how, we are particularly close to the various needs of our customers.

Our construction department works with a highly professional CAD environment. Networked workplaces, modern machines and software (e.g. SolidWorks, SolidCAM, OptiCAM, JetCAM, etc.) as well as decades of experience of well-trained employees are our capital. The integration of the construction in the prototype production and the short distances between production and planning make our unique selling point.

CNC Production
Thanks to our well-trained and experienced employees, we have an extremely high level of vertical integration in almost all areas of CNC production. Whether classic machining (multi-axis turning and turning-milling centers), grinding technology, spark erosion (modern wire and die-sinking erosion) or water jet cutting – we manufacture your components with the best possible precision! We offer our customers both single part and series production in all areas.

Tea packing machines
With an annual turnover of more than 5 million euros, we are one of the largest independent suppliers of spare parts for the tea packaging industry worldwide.
We don’t just copy spare parts! With our own development department and our very large vertical range of manufacture, we continuously improve the performance of the spare parts we produce through the use of new materials, coatings and hardening processes. For 25 years it has been our goal to exceed the original quality.
Did you know that in the last 10 years we have converted almost 150 IMA C23 / C21 to sewing technology? Many of these machines are equipped with the latest control technology by us at the customer’s request.
